Return & Refund Policy

Here at The Boutique @ Love Salon,we want our customers to be 100% satisfied.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Orders can not be refunded/cancelled once paid. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return back within 15 days from the date of delivery in its original, unworn condition with the tags still INTACT. You will be issued a store credit, minus any shipping and handling costs.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Time Frame: Items must be SENT BACK to us no later than 15 days from the date your package was delivered. NO exceptions. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Be sure to plan 5-8 days for transit time.

  • An item(s) sent back after 15 days of delivery to the customer, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Not eligible: Any sale, discount, or markdown item. Bodysuits, jewelry, scarves, hair accessories/hats, undergarments (camis, bralettes, strappies, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are NOT acceptable. If an item is sent back without the LOVE SALON tags still intact it will NOT be eligible for a return.

Gift Card: Physical or emailed Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

Requirements: Items MUST be returned in their original condition with the tags intact, free of makeup stains, deodorant, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, and obvious wear.  Shipping and handling costs paid by LOVE SALON are non-refundable and will be deducted from the issued store credit. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window,you will be subject to a $5-$10.00 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. Any items that require cleaning or anything deemed less than original condition by LOVE SALON may incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns for store credit is issued as a one time occurrence and any remaining balance will be forfeited. Store credit does not expire. 

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within *THREE* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed.

Free Shipping: We do offer free (for the customer) shipping. That does not mean that shipping is free for LOVE SALON. If you decide to not keep your item, shipping costs paid by LOVE SALON will be deducted from your store credit.

-within the date ranges specified in the return policy

Name, E-Mail, Invoice Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, your store credit processing time may be delayed. 
Love Salon  is not responsible for returns lost in transit by USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. We advise to redeem a tracking number when shipping back an item. 
Love Salon By Cherish& co. Boutique is not held responsible for any order placed where the customer has asked for our guidance on sizing. Twisted Pineapple Boutique reserves the right to refuse store credit or returns as they deem fit.
